    can I open a shared folder on another pc with command line, or I have to telnet the pc first ?

    start \\computername\sharename

  • Or you can use net use command to map the drive

    Net use X: \\computername\sharename

    Is there any specific requirement on "open shared folder with CMD"? If not, the suggestions above should answer the question.
