server manager 2008 R2 appcrash

Question
-
Hi
I have a problem running a virtual machine with Windows server 2008 R2, it's not a Hyper-V problem, it's a Windows Server problem, I had strtup problems, I ran the bootrec commands and I could startup Windows, but I can't open Server Manager or role related programs.
My question is:
If I try an upgrade to 2012, can I run my applications again? I have a MySQL database and didn't save it to a .sql file, so I need to have a functional OS at least to save that database.
I hope anyone can help me
thanks!

If you can't get SUR tool I'd try a repair.

Thanks for replying.
I can't download it into the server, given that IE and crome crash when I open them, i'll try to upload it to the server, but it will take a while, instead I ran the scf /scannow command, I'll put the log on my onedrive, I hope you can figure something out.
thanks!!
