  • Hi Carl,

As suggested, the CommonLibrary.cpp is related to visual studio library.

The problem is with Windows installation but is there a way that this can be fixed other than by restoring or formatting the system. I tried to identify the root cause but was unable to.

    Could you please suggest?

  • Hi BharatKJain,

Visual Studio Library is a set of template-based C++ classes for simplifying the creation of VSPackages in native C++. Visual Studio Library includes complete source code, as a set of C++ header files. The header files are installed in Visual Studio SDK installation path\VisualStudioIntegration \Common\Source\CPP\VSL\Include\.

Usually if the VS has issue, we could reinstall them to check.

For some errors, we could try check the event log to find if there is something wrong with the module.

Hope it will be helpful to you
