Windows 8.1 Pro error 800B0001

Hi everyone,

I' facing a problem with my computer I recently did all the updates on my windows 8.1 PRO versions and everything went smooth. After I found the WINDOWS 10 icon for upgrading my computer. I clicked upgrade and I received and error message "800B0001".

I tried almost everything I can not find any solution for fixing this error please give me some help please.

Hi,

Check the following help documentation for assistance, even though it is aimed at Windows 7, but still can be used for Windows 8.

If the System Update Readiness Tool does not correct the problem, you'll need to repair Windows, use DISM command is a good way, for more information please refer to this kb.
