    Hi all,

    In my organization deployed 2 farms: MOSS farm and SP2010 farm,

    In the Moss farm I have a Web Application that contains a lot of site collections, each site collection has a different content DB.
    I want to redirect one site collection to another web application that is in the SP2010 farm.
    The problem is that I can't redirect a single site collection but I can redirect web application.
    I saw a solution that all users will access the Web application in the SP2010 and from there to the Moss , except the site collection that I want - I don't want to use this solution.

    For example -
    In Moss -
        web application - http://mossWebApp/
        site collection - http://mossWebApp/sites/one
                     http://mossWebApp/sites/two
                     http://mossWebApp/sites/three

    In SP 2010 -  
        web application - http://SP10WebApp/
        site collection - http://SP10WebApp/sites/two

    I want that when the user goes to this URL - "http://mossWebApp/sites/two" they will be in "http://SP10WebApp/sites/two".

    Please help me solve this problem,

    There is no OOB way to do this. You can do this either by adding custom HTTP module in you webpplication and redirect site as per URL or whatever the condition or you can do from Net load balancer or DNS tool . or Place javascript on your site two master page.
