Hyper-V Manager on Windows 7 SP1 Can't connect properly

Hyper-V Server Core 2008 R2 is install on a server, CORE1, in the workgroup. Remote Management is configured (see below for firewall settings). A Win7SP1 machine has Hyper-V Manager Installed. It connects to the server but gives the message "Hyper-V has not been installed on computer "CORE1".
Public Profile Settings:
