    Hi Guys,

    Prior to upgrading R2 our developers created a new unsealed MP. I just explored it and found that versions of the MP's listed in the file is pointing to older versions. please find the below example.

     

    ID > Microsoft.SystemCenter.DataWarehouse.Library </ ID >
      < Version > 6.0.6278.66 </ Version >
      < PublicKeyToken > 31bf3856ad364e35 </ PublicKeyToken > 

    Will that impact by any means if it points to Older version now the upgraded version of > Microsoft.SystemCenter.DataWarehouse.Library < is 6.1.7221>

    No, this won't hurt anything.  When you upgrade a depended upon MP, the new MP replaces it and as long as it is version upgrade (higher version #) compatible, the new one will be used by all of the existing references.
