Outlook for Mac - Office 365 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I use Outlook for Mac (Version 15.27) which I have through my Office 365 subscription.  Whenever I check for e-mails, the Inbox collapses all on my Inbox folders and there is no arrow alongside the Inbox folder for me to re-open the folders.  The only way I can open them again is to restart Outlook.  I have checked  the 'View' and 'Preference' settings and all looks OK.  I have a MacBook Pro (circa 2013) and have recently loaded OS X Sierra which I had hoped might cure the problem with Outlook that I have been experiencing on my Mac for several months now - even with the old OS.  I do not experience the same problem on my MacBook Air. Has anyone experienced the same/similar problem and does anyone have any ideas of a fix?

Answers

  • Hi,

If possible, could you please share a screenshot about your Inbox collapses issue on OneDrive and post the image link here for more information?

Additionally, if there are multiple accounts configured on your Outlook for Mac, please confirm if the issue happens to all accounts. Set the problematic account to the default account in Outlook to confirm if the issue persists.
