Hello,
What have you set for the "Calculate from" option on the Resource Plan page? This controls the Resource Utilisation.

Then it is probably what Paul said above.
In the resource plan, you have a parameter "calculate from" for calculating the capacity. By default and as per your capture, it takes the project plan, thus anything entered in the resource plan will not be considered. Switch the parameter to "resource plan" and publish the resource plan. It should be ok then.
For the portfolio analysis, if it doesn't help, ensure that you have the correct time limits.
Hope this helps,

Change the "Calculate From" option then Save and Publish the resource plan. That should do it. The option you chose will depend on your planning requirements between the project plan and the resource plan. Currently you have this set to "Project Plan" so the Resource plan assignment data will be ignored.

Hi,
This is by designed. The proposed assignments are not listed in the resource assignments page. It has to be committed before it shows up.

Hi Guillaume,
Thanks for your response. I set the booking type as committed. It is not listed in Resource Assignments and Availability reports. Also portfolio section (project selection) saying the project doesn't have any resource requirement while analyzing resource requirement.
Thanks in advance, Taj
