Mails missing from exchange server to outer domains RRS feed

    How to recover exchange server 2010 sent items only for outer domain delivery with time in - Between

    I understood the mails was missing when sending to outer recipients.

    Please add more details about your issue.

    Are you using outlook ?

    Please confirm if the issue also occurs on OWA.

    If the missing emails is deleted by accident , you can refer to the below blog to recover the emails:

  • Hi,

    I'm guessing you are trying to recover missing emails sent to external recipients? Do you have journaling enabled? If so then the journal mailbox will hold the emails sent. Have you tried the dumpster of that mailbox?

    This is my guess of the question but as Ed mention please provide a clearer question for us to help you out.
