Central Store ADMX/ADML Files MUI language

Answers

  • Hi,

    >>Do you know if there is another package already defined with these languages?

If our operating systems are not in these languages, then this is not our concern for these
files are just used to display administrative templates settings in group
policy management tools in these languages. If we happen to use one of
these languages and our systems are below Windows 8.1/Server 2012R2 , we
can try to download the administrative templates of Widows 8.1 from the
following location to update the template.

Administrative Templates (.admx) for Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=41193

If we have Windows 8.1/Server 2012 R2 computers in our environment, we can copy the admx files from one of these computers to update the template. The local location of admx files is %systemroot%\policyDefinitions

You don't need to install them. Simply open the ISO, then mount
install.wim with dism.exe and copy the language folder :)
