    1. Run recovery disks, kept getting runtime errors something about library and it only wanted to safe boot. So after trying a System Mechanic and having no help I tried my recovery disks. If I can't get a reinstallation disk should I junk the computer, or buy a new os.? What is should I go for

    If your recovery disk is broken or not working, you could try contact your PC manufacturer's support and ask them to send you a new one.

    It might be due to hardware problem, like problem with hard disk and in this case you might consider to do hardware replacement.

    For what I have heard those disks dont help much at all , my moms computer got a virus and they didnt help one bit but thats just my opinion.Also to save money if you have the product key try and find a iso and make a bootable disk.Youtube will help, but if the computers good dont scrap it.
