  • SCSM 2012 Self-Service Portal is only saving some to the user input for Service Requests. We are currently only using string, lists and integers.  We only get about half of the input. Both in the Service Request and the run book activity. When you use the SCSM console we get all of the values.

  • Hi - I noticed this today as well.

    So the fields from the portal that are missing in the service request are NOT marked as required - although they were definatley completed.

    On the portal there are three pages of questions, on the first page I have one question that is NOT marked as required and that appears in the Service Request, but all questions NOT marked as required on the second and third page of questions on the Portal are not appearing in the service request.

    I am hoping you know why seeing as you mentioned something about this above, could you let me know?
