hello
we have a problem. We define the default save path example D:\TEST
close word start word.
then create a new document and click save - the path is correct D:\TEST
then we open a old document from other location example x:\ABC and click save as...
then create a new document and click save - and the path is x:\abc
why?
Word 2010, SP1

please can you test anything?
1. change default save path under options save (example c:\temp)
2. create new document - click save - save dialog show c:\temp
3. open any recent document - click save as - save as dialog show old path (example m:\xyz)
4. create new document - click save - save dialog show m:\xyz - and this is not correct - i think this is a BugChris

That's just Word trying to be helpful, because it knows which folder is the current one for this session.
