Crawl issue RRS feed

  • I got "Access is denied. Verify that either the Default Content Access Account has access to this repository, or add a crawl rule to crawl this repository. If the repository being crawled is a SharePoint repository, verify that the account you are using has "Full Read" permissions on the SharePoint Web Application being crawled" in crawl log as "Top Level Errors". 

    (1) The account has access to the contents. I can login to the site and access all contents with that account.

    (2) I have set "DisableLoopbackCheck" = 1 in register.

    (3) I have set "BackConnectionHostNames" = my  site in register.

    I can crawl two other simple sites in the same server, but just have problem with this site.

    If you have any idea, please share. Many thanks.

  • The site I am trying to crawl is "resources.xxxxx.org". Is this a problem. the other two sites I am able to crawl are "www.literacyxxxxx.org/" or "www.xxxxxhousingventures.org/". They all one word, no "." between. Please advise.
