Unable to select team members Calendar in Outlook 2016 RRS feed

  • In our organization, one user unable to select and view his team members calendar in Outlook 2016.

    If anyone have any idea please advice me.

  • Hi Ashraf,

    If the issue only occurs to the particular user, please walk through the steps below:

    1. In Outlook, open the Calendar.
    2. On the Home tab, click Calendar Groups.
    3. Select Show Manager's Team Calendars.

    If the option Show Manager's Team Calendars is not available, please refer to the other possible causes and corresponding solutions in the article below:

    Outlook doesn't display your manager's team calendars
