    hi i am trying to start event vieiwer but whenever i try to it says the service is stopped, so i tried and start it on services.msc but that failed is well. im trying to install diskeeper 2007 it need event veiwer.

    any one tell me how to start it,   i am using vista x64

    I've seen Event Viewer and Task Scheduler stop working, but it seemed to be related to some other application that I installed.

     

    What version of Vista are you installing?

    What other applications have you already installed?

    im using vista ultimate 64. i have loads of programs installed and games. task manager works fine
