adobe reader 9.0 took over all files and programmes RRS feed

    I was trying to open my mp3 player on 'my computer' and it didnt happen so i clicked on open with adobe reader, and all of a sudden all the files and programmes changed with the red adobe reader icon and none of them open. so can anyone help me to get it back to normal.

    The easiest recovery would be to do a System Restore to a date prior to the event.
