Yic you correct proxy setting was blocking the software update from the SCCM server hence we removed the proxy setting it's working fine.
Thanks,
Mohan

Hi,
Although not mentioned, are these clients currently connected to the WSUS server or Windows Update through a network proxy?
Please verify the proxy settings on the client, and make sure that they are configured correctly. The Windows Update Agent uses WinHTTP to scan for available updates. So, when there is a proxy server between the client and the WSUS computer, the proxy settings must be configured correctly on the clients to enable them to communicate with WSUS by using the computer's FQDN.

Hi There is No Proxy setting at this Client machine
Consider deselecting the IPv6 connection option in the Change Adapter option.
Then check if you can connect to the update service?

Hi,
If you have ruled out the firewall and network connectivity issues as described above, then consider checking if the following services are enabled:
- Press Windows Key + R , type services.msc in the Run dialog box. Click OK.
- From the Services window, look for Windows Update service, since you’re facing the issue, it may have Disabled Manual Startup type.
Hope the above can help you.

Windows Update has Automatic and it's running smoothly.
The Client is successfully Communicating with MP but Not WSUS Server this is the Problem but Ports and Firewall are look fine and Proxy setting as well
