    According to the link shared by SQx, outlook.com service is now up and running properly. I have also checked with my outlook.com account and verified that it now works fine. Please have a look at your side and see the result. It the issue was gone, it would be appreciated that you can help mark the useful post of SQx as answer so that others who might have a similar issue can benefit from your thread.
