Conditional formatting for tasks in Outlook not working for Due Date RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I've had the same rules in my corporate Exchange email for years (under Outlook 2013). We have recently moved to Office 2016 and I think the issue coincide with the upgrade.

I have a rule to list past due tasks in red and this works fine.

However, I had a task to put tasks due today in bold font and this no longer works.  I have tried with due date, reminder date and just cannot get this to work.

    Any idea??

  • Hi Mathieu,

May I know how did you create the rule? I created the following rule and it works properly in my Outlook 2016:

You may try to completely delete the rule and recreate it from scratch to see the result.
