  • My network access protection agent service has stopped working, and I don't know why. Can you give me an anwser?

    Thanks for posting here.

     

    According what you mention right now , it’s hard to isolated and verify cause of this issue.

     

    How did you know that this service is stopped ? What if you manually start it? please open a command prompt as administrator permission and perform “net start napagent” , would it return to work?

    What’s the OS version running on this problematic computer? Have you recently installed any software or configured your computer ?

    Usually , we’d like to collect NAP related event records form event logs for isolate and resolve NAP agent service stopped issue .
