My Norton 360 indicates that i have a problem with my Microsoft 6to 4 Adapter #17. RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have tried disabling and then enabling it.  Windows tells me there is'nt a problem but I still have an exclamation mark at the device.  Tried getting a new driver but non available.  PLease don't tell me anything techy as I am a complete novice but would like some advice.  Also what does the adapter actually do.

  • Hi,

Regarding this issue, please refer to:

On a Windows Vista-based computer or on a Windows Server 2008-based computer, the Microsoft ISATAP adapter appears with a yellow exclamation mark next to it in Device Manager, and you also receive an error message

    Hope this helps. Thanks.
