How is work management done in SharePoint

Hi,

How is work managed between employees who work on a SharePoint portal....

for example in .Net they use Visual Source Safe , like in SharePoint how is that done.....

You could use Team Foundation Server for work management purposes. Also, Visual Studio Team System can be used for integrating with TFS. Visual Studio Team System is available for different editions. Here are few articles which describes the same.
