  • Hi,

How do I remove a chain of Timesheetapprovers, so that the manager can approve the first approval and submit the Timesheet to a Senior Manager for  final approval is not required?

  • Sheelaj,

Are you referring to multiple timesheet manager or status manager? Please elaborate your requirement.

  • Sheelaj,

If I get your question right, you want the first manager to also be the final approver?

Also assuming you are using 2010 version, you need the fisrt manager to have both permssions Accept Timesheets  and approve timesheets for this to happen.

  • Remove the final approvers from Resource Manager group.   That would be the first thing to try.  The approval routing is control by RBS, permissions and approval routing.  If approve timesheets permission is removed, then this will stop the forwarding of approvals.

    Cheers!
