    Hi,
          I have a Vista Home Premium 64-bit.
     
          Can i install a completely new Vista Ultimate 32-bit on this?

    Hi, Yes you can but it will have to be a clean install, because you can not upgrade from within Vista Home 64bit to Vista Ultimate 32bit. Back up all important data first.
