Always the same login User RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

Is it possible to have a default user/user icon to appear every time Ctrl+Alt+Del is pressed on one machine no matter who logged in last. I'd like it to be TheAlwaysUser and not TheLastUserWhoUsedTheComputerUser?
It's a Windows 7 machine thats member of a Domain

    Cheers,
    JB

  • 1. Press Image + R.
    2. Type "control userpasswords2" and press Enter.

If UAC is enabled, then you’ll get a UAC prompt on screen. Please specify
credentials or permission to pass the UAC elevation.

    3. Select your account from the list.
    4. Uncheck the "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer. "
    5. Click Apply and a dialog will appear. Put the credentials and hit OK.
