Microsoft ,NET Framework will not update RRS feed

  • Question

  • I just noticed that this is in an entirely wrong forum.  I will try to locate the proper place.

The computer is running 2002 XP Home Edition SP 3.  It will not update the above.

This has been an ongoing issue for a long time.  I have tried many methods of correcting it to no avail:

The following updates fail to install.  I've run all the virus scans, used RKill to stop any malicious software and then cleaned.  Nothing is on the computer.  I've gone to the Microsoft and run their diagnostic and repair for updates.  It found several problems and said hey were fixed.  Still  have the problem.  I've tried installing them one at a time starting with the oldest.  No good.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
