Email Issues RRS feed

  • We use Office 365 for Small Business Premium 

    I have one user who has started having freak happenings over the last month.

    It started off with several internal email addresses going straight to the Deleted items folder. 

    now we have one email address which happens to be their direct supervisor and CEO of the company 

    that no emails show up in the inbox from him even in the unread. However if you do a search on the email address they show up.

    Any thoughts on what would cause this. This user is my only user that before going to Office 365 had her account set up as IMAP

  • Hi,

    Can you see the emails if we check them in OWA?

    Have you tried resetting views for the user in Outlook in case these emails are hidden by filters? To do this, exit Outlook, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type outlook /cleanviews and press Enter.

    Please also hover the mouse over an email message in the search result, and see which folder the email is currently in:

    Besides, please also check whether there is any rule set in Outlook which could move the emails to other folders.
