File extensions for SCSM Portal RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I've a question about the SCSM self service Portal: when I create a service request, and I will update the newly created SR with an attachment, it fails if i try to add an application file (*.ipa)

    Know any one of you if it's possible to change the type of attachements that can be added from the Self service portal? If yes, how can I do that?

    Thanks for your replies.

    It's realy strange but after i've reboot my servers, all works fine and I'm able to upload my *.ipa files
