  • check your Application Pool  Start all server / Recycal / Start stop / and check Services

    Mostly Application Pool Account and web site check all App pool....

  • If you're getting a 503 it's usually the application pools, as Deepesh has mentioned, check the application pools for the website are started, if they're not start them.  If they immeadiately stop, check that the user account assigned has not been disabled/locked out and that the password is correct.
