Lync Diagnostic ID 52010 RRS feed

  • We have audio issue with conference and getting 52010 ID in monitoring tool.

    Any suggestion??

  • Based on the Event , don't think Yellow Bar has to do anything with this event

    52010
    Reject the incoming dial out from MCU
    Rejecting an incoming dial out request from MCU for a conference that the user is already connected to.

    Please check the Service Out to for the yellow bar , another way is to copy the XML from Service Out and view it in XML editor to check the xml for network parameters , mostly it is the bandwidth utilization which might have caused the yellow bar.

  • How to view the Service Out

  • Hello James,

    We would need to check the call in the SIP log and right after the call you will see a "Service Out" where the client sends the Call Quality information based on jitter, packet loss, MOS etc information in it.
