Project Online - problem when trying to activate trial version RRS feed

  • Hello,

    Our organization received a code for trial period to test Project Online Premium. Unfortunately, when we tried to activate the trial, following the instruction received by our contact point in Microsoft, we receive message that the offer is unavailable due to one of the below possible reasons: 

    1. The offer has expired.
    2. The service is not available in your country or region.

    3. You cannot sign up for the same trial a second time.

    Could you, please, advise how to resolve this and activate the trial licenses in order to start testing the Project Online system?

  • Hi,

    I would create a support ticket from your O365 tenant or contact your Microsoft guy since it depends on your O365 settings, licences, and activated services?
