Exchange 2003 OWA access is very slow. RRS feed

  • I have an Exchange 2003 server with quite a number of mailboxes mostly accessed by remote users using OWA and activesync devices.

    Users complain randomly of slow access to OWA like when replying or sending emails.

    How do I resolve this or at least start troubleshooting.

  • Are they on LAN or somewhere outside.

    I would first check if the OWA works fine internally. This will help me to know whether it is a OWA problem or internet connection.

    I would also check the RAM/Hardware usage and also the CPU usage too.
