Exchange server 2016 found the bounce back mail .please suggest RRS feed

  • we have sent mail to bank domain we have found back bounce of mail  reject our mail due to DMARC  for reference please find the attached screenshot

  • Hi Sandeep,

    First, please ensure that your SPF and DKIM records are correct. If all records are correct, but still get the bounce email, you need to contact the administrator of recipient domain to check their DMARC policy.

  • We have SPF record on External DNS. We have not a DKIM and DMARC Record .

  • Hi Sandeep,

    You can create DKIM and DMARC record in your organization, or contact the administrator of recipient domain to adjust the DMARC policy to allow/trust emails from your domain.
