I'm desperate for help with this issue PLEASE!
I created a template in Word 2003 and embedded custom toolbars in it. I then upgraded to Word 2007 and found the toolbars under Add-ins, no problem. When I save the template as a .doc file in Word 2007 the toolbars are maintained. The problem
is that half my staff is using Word 2003 [and no I can't make them upgrade] and when they use the template to save as a .doc file, the toolbars disappear. They get a message stating "After saving this document in Word Document format all AutoText entries
will be lost and the document can no longer be used as an Add-In." How can I get around that??
