send email to "assigned to" RRS feed

  • Hi

    Under "Incident event workflow configuration" I have made a rule that send email to affected user when a incident i made, but when I try to do the same with "assigned to" I don't resive any email and the workflow is not running. The event i on "Update" and should run when assigned to user  distinguished name change from empty to not empty.

    How can I get this to work ? Should not this work?

    Please advice

    solved this by running  distinguished name change from not empty to not empty.
