Adding a global signature to all emails sent via Exchange Server 2016 RRS feed

    Hi,

    Microsoft Exchange Server has any option to add signature that will be below each mail. Not in the end of the mail.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, this cannot be done with Exchange server. You can create a transport rule that will insert some text at the bottom of the body of an email. I suggest looking into some third party software like CodeTwo.

    Its very bad for us that Microsoft Exchange development team can't solved that issue. Its very funny.
