Internet Explorer >Tools> Internet options> General Tab>Home Page>
After Applying two tabs to open,
and closing IE, then reopen IE, only one tab opens, not both tabs?
What am I doing wrong?
Do I need to restart the computer for the affect to take place in IE?

Hi,
I just make a supplement, would you please provide the content of IE tab settings? Maybe there is a format problem with IE Tab settings.
On the other hand, how about restart the system for test?

Hi,
usually IE won't open a homepage if it is unavailable (offline or not found in the specified file location). There is also a security setting preventing navigation into a security zone of lower integrity.
Tools>Internet Options>Security tab, click "Reset all zones to default". Trusted Sites Icon, 'Sites' button. Is the domain of one of your homepages in the Trusted sites list? The Trusted Sites zone actually has a LOWER security integrity (it allows unsigned ActiveX and Applets). The intranet zone has the lowest security integrity, Internet (default for public access web sites) then the Restricted zone has the Highest.Sites that use https (secure protocol) will work just as well (communications are encrypted) if they are left in the default Internet zone.
On Server versions of windows the IE security zones have even higher security restrictions to the defaults on client versions of windows.
To find out which IE security zone a page/site maps to select the File>Properties menu from IE.
To avoid confusion, please include the full web address (copied from the address bar) of any websites you are having problems with your questions.
