Sfb Mobile Failed to start audio stream RRS feed

  • Sfb internal client and external client is working fine, only mobile have issue.

    ms-client-diagnostics: 52156;Component="RTCC/6.0.0.0_UCWA/6.0.0.0 AndroidLync/6.17.0.3)";Reason="Failed to start audio stream.";Source="FE02.domain.local"

    Any advise?

  • Hi Mick,

    If you get the ms-client-diagnostics: 52156, and the problem happened on the mobile app,the problem may caused by the following multiple misconfigurations

    1. Public cert was not deployed on reverse proxy, it was a private cert that was attached on listener for mobility.

    2. Wildcard cert was deployed on EDGE

    3. Firewalls in fronting Edge did not have proper ACLs to allow Media range and 3478 for stun traffic, udp stun 3478 and 50k-59999 were missing.

    Solution:

    1. use the Public cert with proper Supported subject and SANs for your reverse proxy.You could refer to the following link about checking the certificates.

    1. check the firewalls have opened media range and 3478 for stun traffic, udp stun 3478 and 50k-59999.
