bluetooth speaker not connect RRS feed

All replies

  • Hi 1234amansinghkumar.

First of all, turn on Bluetooth in your PC and speaker and ensure both of them are discoverable.
Click the Start button and select Devices and Printers, then click Add a device, select the device and click Next; follow any other instructions that might appear. Otherwise, you're done and connected.
Your Bluetooth device and PC will usually automatically connect anytime the two devices are in range of each other with Bluetooth turned on.

    Bye.

  • Bluetooth is a device function, in order to connect to Bluetooth speaker on your laptop, you need to confirm bluetooth function runs fine.

1.Bluetooth is enabled in BIOS settings.

2.Bluetooth device is working properly on Device Manger, if not, update driver software.

3.turn on your bluetooth speaker, pairing.

    Regards
