  You can download and install the RSAT for Windows 7 to manage a Windows Server 2012 machine.

  It’s recommended that you remotely manage Windows Server 2012 from a Windows 8 client with RSAT.

  and I am sorry that I now found your answer so really thanks

  but I sak for RSAT which is compatible between window 7 and window server 2012 

  I make installation of it but not all functions are active ,so the link above give me this compatibility or not,
