There is a problem with eh XXXX Page and it cannot be loaded RRS feed

  • Hello All,

    Our network team recently made a security harden on the network side where ProClarity Application Server resides on.

    After this done, we have an interesting issue.

    From users' laptop, they have no issue at all, but from a virtual machine with the same user credentials got the error message randomly. "There is a problem with eh XXXX Page and it cannot be loaded" when select any books in the ProClarity.

    The laptop and VM are in the different locations and different VLAN.

    We ran Wireshark Tracing logs on the client and server systems to review with our network engineer, but could not see any particular logs related with the issue so far. 

    We thought it would be Kerberos Authenticate issue so that we changed Kerberos Auth firewall rule to add more DCs for the Sites of the laptop and the VM , and application, SQL Servers located. But, still the issue is remaining the same.

    Do you have any suggestions that we can troubleshoot this issue further?

    I think this is the connection architect diagram ( I am not much familiar with how ProClarity works though)

    A VM or a laptop (ProClarity Desktop Pro 6.3) <=> Proclarity App Server <=> VIP <=> OLAP Servers
