We created a customized IE8 file through IE customization tool. We are deploying the IE8 from SCCM to all 1000 computers. A big number of computers install IE8 successfully, however, IE 6 keeps opening. in Program Files/Internet Explorer no files for IE8 exists, only IE6. Note that many computers install IE8 successfully, so the package is working.
