Azure RMS does not grant rights to modify usage policy RRS feed

    Hi,

    I have Office365 with Rights Management configured with default templates, and also with custom templates created in Azure RMS. I deployed RMS sharing app on my machine, and when I try to protect a file by using one of predefined templates (from Office365 or Azure, it does not matter) I get the following error in RMS sharing app : "Azure Active Directory Rights Management Service has not granted you rights to modify the usage policy for this content. Contact your administrator for more details. Error code: 0x8004021A".

    However, if want to configure custom permissions, it works without any issues.

    Does anyone has an idea what's the problem here?
