Folder Assistant for Public Folders does not work with Outlook RRS feed

  • After several-day trying to work with Folder Assistant I realised it does not work for me. 

    I am the owner of the public folder, public folder is mail-enabled (I did it via Exchange ECP), I set up "send as" and "send on behalf" permissions for the public folder - still nothing. I want to get an answer, I filled up the template, but after sending an e-mail to the PF-mail I do not get anything. 

    I tried setting rules from Outlook 2010 and 2013 with no use. 

    Any tip what else should I setup?

  • for Public Folder hosted on Exchange 2013 you must use Outlook 2013. Are you facing issue on Outlook 2013??
