    When I boot up my windows 7 home premium it goes to a black screen with a blinking thing on the top left corner and when I press a button it'll make a beep sound is there any way to fix this?

    It appears your PC's motherboard has malfunctioned and requires replacement.  You should seek the advice of a qualified PC repair technician.

    Hi，
    Have you made any changes to your computer recently?
    Please check if BIOS can be entered. If so, restore BIOS setting to default, save changes and exit.
    Also, check if Safe Mode can be entered.
