Failed Sharepoint upgrade exposed a major Microsoft flaw. Lots of guessing.

I didn't realize their is such a lack of knowledge for the SBS products. If you have an issue with Sharepoint, you are beeter off saving time rebuliding the server, than wasting time with this type of support. I have been in IT since the DOS days and never seen anything like this. Is Microsoft losing it. Vague solutions for Companyweb. Suggested Sharepoint reinstall procedures that do not work. Windows backups that do not recognize data. Microsoft! Really? Microsoft is starting to resemble most America products: glitz and glamor but a mess on the inside. Bill, please come back. Fix this!
