  • Hi

  • Hi nostar38,

    >>Have a user who flags an email. Then unflag the email.

Does the user make complete or clear flag? Does this email show correctly on the web mail?

Have you set a filter to hide email which was marked complete? We can reset view to check the results.

Please exit Outlook, press Win key + R to open the Run command, type “outlook.exe /cleanviews” and then press Enter.

When searching, please hover over the email to see in which folder it located. We can check if message was moved to another folder.

Any updates, please feel free to post back.

    Regards,

    Perry
