    i have problem in most word files "its happen in word 2007,2010,2013" when I press forward arrow go backward or when press backward arrow go forward. I don't know how to fix it.

    Which arrows are you referring to? Arrow keys on the keyboard or commands/buttons in Word?

    Are you using the arrow keys to move the insertion point in text? Or are you doing something else?

    Does the problem occur only in Word? Have you tried a different keyboard?

    only with keyboard and only happen in Word.my keyboard is working fine.by the way its happen even when create new file of word.

    its happen in most of versions of Office but now i'm using Office 2013 64bits.

    If you start Word in Safe mode (for the purpose of troubleshooting), does that improve the situation?
